Adding Positions

Adding Positions

Positions represent the staff slots that will be filled by teachers or other employees. Positions can be given a number which may refer to a unique ID for the position assigned to a school by the Department or the Ministry of Education.

1. Go to Institutions


2. Select Positions


3. Select "+" sign to add a new position

4. Scroll through and add Information:
  1. Number - should be a unique number
  2. Title - if a teacher is being added, you must also select whether or not the teacher is a homeroom teacher as well. 
  3. Assignee
  4. Grade
 
5. Click Save

If the positions were created when the staff data was uploaded, verify that the positions and the person holding the position is correct.
If the positions were not uploaded, the you must add the positions.
