Adding Programmes

Adding Programmes



The Programmes feature displays the list of educational grade levels a school offers.

1. Go to Institutions



2. Select Academic


3. Select Programmes N.B: First shift should already be added.



4. Select "+" sign to add a Programme (Educational Grade Level)


5. Scroll through and enter new information by adding:
  1. Level (Primary, Secondary etc.,)
  2. Programme (Junior, Junior Special etc.)
  3. Education Grade
  4. Start Date (Date when Programme became available or start date of school)


6. Check/Select all the subjects that are applicable to you at your school for that specific Grade level.  The options appear after you have selected a level, programme and education grade. N.B: This actions must be done for every grade that is being offered at your school.


7. Click Save.
