Adding Staff to Schools

Adding Staff to Schools

1. Go to Institutions 


2. Select Staff
3. Click on the Import button (blue icon with an arrow pointing right towards a bracket) at the top of the page.


4. Select the Download Template Icon. 
The template is specific to your Institution

5. Fill out the Template using the information from the Reference Tab as a guide. 
The Open EMIS ID is generated from the successful records file 



References Tab


6. After completing the sheet, go back to "Staff" and select the Browse button to upload the file.
7. Once done, select the "Import" button
