Introduction
This release document communicates the major new features, upgrades or enhancements for this release of Bahamas National Digital Education Platform (NDEP) as well as known issues, resolution status and the solution, if completed.

Environment
The production site of Bahamas National Digital Education Platform (NDEP), available to the public is currently accessible at https://bahamas.1on1lms.com/, and this is the site from which the known issues were first identified. The functionality described in this release document is also available at https://bahamas-oe.1on1staging.com/start where the new features and upgrades/enhancements will first be implemented and upon approval pushed to production.
System Requirements

Upgrades/Enhancements
- Teachers are now able to re-organize their subjects tiles on their dashboard.
- "Other" is now the default option under attendance comments dropdown.
- "School Event -Excused" is now an option for "excused absence" in attendance.
- Teachers can generate day (homeroom) attendance.
- Existing students who are not verified and have forgotten their password will be asked to enter their DOB to reset their password and then will be forced to set up their security questions in order to access the LMS.
- Existing students who are verified and have forgotten their password will be prompted to answer their security questions and then reset their password.
- "Class", "Subject" and "Education Grade" has been removed from the right-hand side menu on the attendance page.
New Features
- New Landing Page
- Students/Teachers/School System Administrators will now see announcements, upcoming events, how-to videos and FAQs on the new landing page.
- Teachers can change the view of their subject dashboard (grid or list).
- "Attendance Register" is added to the side menu.
- Teachers can now switch from classes on the attendance page to mark attendance for each of their subject and homeroom classes.
- Teachers can mark dual attendance (day and subject) in the LMS.
- School System Administrators can now generate institution (day/homeroom attendance) attendance reports.
- New students are forced to set up their security questions once they log in for the first time.
- Students who do not remember their username will be sent to contact their School System Administrator.
Big Fixes
- Attendance reports are no longer left in a pending state for teachers and school system administrators.
