Creating Homeroom Classes

Creating Homeroom Classes



As a System Administrator, you must create homeroom classes for each grade and add them students to the class.

1. Go to Institutions



2. Select Academic


3. Select Classes


4. Select "+" sign to add a new class N.B. The shifts and programmes should already be set up.


5. Scroll through and enter new information by adding:
  1. Academic Period
  2. Education Grade
  3. Shift
  4. Number of Classes for this Grade
  5. Maximum Capacity of students for each Class
6. Enter the name of the Single Grade Classes (If different from the class already Auto-generated).















7. Click Save
