Creating Subject Classes




Core subjects will be created by default, verify that the students are in the correct classes.

1. Go to Institutions



2. Select Academic


3. Select Subjects N.B. All Mandatory subjects will be displayed (Once Homeroom classes were created).



TO VIEW, EDIT OR DELETE A SUBJECT NOT APPLICABLE TO YOU

1. Go to the far right of the subject, under the actions column, click “Select” 


2. Click View, Edit, or Delete


TO ADD A SUBJECT THAT IS NOT IN THE LIST

1. Select "+" sign to add a new subject


2. Ensure the Academic Period is correct
3. Select the Class Name. A list of all the subjects that were created checked and the ones that were not created are not checked.
4. Check the desired subject by clicking the empty box beside the subject’s name.
5. Assign a teacher to a subject by clicking the drop-down arrow under the teacher's column.


5. Click Save
