3. Once you locate the teacher that you want to change the shift type for, select them and then select the edit tab.
4. Once that is done, you will be taken to the next page. On this page select "Change of Shift"
5. Then select Save
6. Once you are on 'Change of Shift', you will see a drop-down tab indicating the current shift the staff is on. Most times it will be blank which signifies that the staff member is not currently assigned a shift in the system. From there you will select either 'Teacher Shift' or in some cases 'Administrator or Aides Shift.'
7. Then select Save
8. Once completed, a green line will appear saying "This record has been added."

9. Once this is done, you would select "Attendance" from the menu options on the left-hand-side
10. Under "Attendance", you would then select "Staff"
11. You want to ensure that you filter for the "Teacher Shift."
12. Once you have filtered for the 'Teacher Shift,' you will see all the staff members currently on the 'Teacher Shift'. You would then select Edit to mark the attendance.

13. You can now enter the "Time In" and "Time Out" for the respective staff member and there is the option to leave a comment.
