Importing Users




1. Go to Directory



2. Click on the Import button (blue icon with an arrow pointing right towards a bracket) at the top of the page.


3. Select the Download Template button (downward arrow pointing to a bracket).


4. Fill out the Template using the information from the Reference Tab as a guide.

5. After completing that sheet, go back to Directory and select the Browse button (blue folder icon) to upload the file. 
6. Select the "Import" button. If the sheet was filled out correctly the information should be accurately updated in EMIS. If not, the errors made will be displayed.


7. When Successful, download the successful records by clicking the green tab at the bottom that states “Download Successful Records” so that you will get the generated Open EMIS ID’s
