Schedule - Creating Intervals

Create Intervals

1) Go to Institution > Academic > Schedules > Intervals.

2) Select ‘Add’ button. 

3) Filter the Academic Period and Shift field accordingly. Enter the required fields e.g  Name.

4) Select “+ Add” button to add the intervals.

5) Enter the the blank field under Interval (mins) accordingly. Start Time and End Time will reflect according to the digit entered in that field.

6) Select Save.

View Intervals

1) Go to Institutions > Academic > Schedules > Intervals.

2) Go to Action Bar > View.

3) You will be able to view additional details of the Intervals record.

4) Similarly, you can edit or delete the record in the page.


Edit Intervals

1) Go to Institutions > Academic > Schedules > Intervals.

2) Go to Action Bar > Edit.

3) You will be able to edit the Name.

4) Select Save.

Delete Intervals

1) Go to Institutions > Academic > Schedules > Intervals.

2) Go to Action Bar > Delete.

3) Select ‘Delete’.

4) System will show a successful message, once record has been deleted.
