Submitting a Ticket

To submit a ticket:

 2. Click on the drop down arrow beside Template and select one of the three options:
  1. Feature request: If you have an idea of a feature that you'd like to be added.
  2. Report bug: If you recognize a bug in the system.
  3. Issue: If you have a general/ongoing problem that needs to be fixed. 

      3.   Scroll down and tap in the My email section and enter your email address.

      4. Scroll down and tap the Subject box to enter a brief description of your issue (Topic, Area, Focus).

      5. Scroll down to the Discussion section to give details of the issue you need assistance with, then Tap Submit.


Note: If it is possible to get a screenshot of the issue, you can select the option to Attach file at the bottom left corner of the screen.
