The Progress Report Overview

The progress report feature is designed to allow students to view their academic performance at a particular point in time. 

1. Students once logged into the platform should select the three horizontal lines that will bring up the side menu. Once this is done select the option that says 'Report'.





















2. Select the option for  'My Progress Report'


3. This will bring up the online version of the progress report. Progress reports on the LMS are live. This means that the grade will change as new grades are entered by the teacher. So, it is important to take note of the date when the progress report was generated.




4. The progress report lists all of the subjects the student has been assigned, along with the subject teacher and the assessment average for each subject. 

It should be noted that the assessment average is the same as the term grade that is displayed at the end of the term. The assessment average/term grade is equal to 60% of the final grade. The corresponding letter grade is also displayed beside the assessment average for each subject.



5. The column labeled number of assessments tells the student the number of activities that is being calculated to make up the assessment average. Students can click on the number to see the specific details for these assessments. You will see the specific assignments with their scores and status. 





6. By selecting, the download button students will be able to download a pdf version of the progress report.
