Getting Started: Attendance Reports

Attendance Reports 
Attendance Reports provide an overview of student attendance in each class. You can now view and download Attendance Reports

To generate an Attendance Report:

1. Click ATTENDANCE REPORTS button from the attendance page in any class.


2. . Enter the desired PERIOD TYPE (Day or Week)
3. Select the PERIOD DURATION (Start date and end date of report).
4. Select STUDENTS. You can choose to show All Students or individual students.
5. Press GENERATE REPORT.

N.B. Only the two most recent reports will be generated. This report can also be sent to your email.


4. A green message will appear indicating that the report is being generated and you will receive the completed report via email when done. You can also access completed reports by clicking the ATTENDANCE REPORTS button.
