Schedule - Creating a Term
Create Terms
1) Go to Institution > Academic > Schedules > Terms.
2) Select ‘Add’ button.
3) Filter the Academic Period field accordingly.
4) Enter the required fields e.g Code, Name, Start Date and End Date.
5) Select Save.
View Terms
1) Go to Institutions > Academic > Schedules > Terms.
2) Go to Action Bar > View.
3) You will be able to view additional details of the Term record.
4) Similarly, you can edit or delete the record in the page.
Edit Terms
1) Go to Institutions > Academic > Schedules > Terms.
2) Go to Action Bar > Edit.
3) You will be able to edit the Academic Period, Code, Name, Start Date and End Date.
4) Select Save.
Delete Terms
1) Go to Institutions > Academic > Schedules > Terms.
2) Go to Action Bar > Delete.
3) Select ‘Delete’.
4) System will show a successful message, once record has been deleted.
