Admins Accessing LMS

Admins can now access the LMS

After logging in, the admin dashboard will be displayed with several options. They are: Courses, Curricula, Users, Reports and Calendar. 



Courses
There is list of sections created by the teachers for each grade subject. You will be able to see the category, when it was last updated, how many students are in the class and whether it is active or not.



Curricula
The subjects will be listed by their grade in Curricula. It will show when the subject was created and the number of students that are participating in the class. 



Users
A list of users at the school will be displayed along with the user type, the registration date and when they last logged in. 



Reports
There's a lot of information that can be extracted from our report feature:
Users - Total list of students and teachers, total completions for the week, total time spent on the LMS and last login details.
Courses - Total list of courses, completions for the week, when the courses were created and time spent on the LMS.
Curricula - Total list of curricula, completions for the week and students enrolled.
Tests - Total tests created and completed by students, number of students who passed and the average test score.
Survey- Total surveys and how many were completed.



Calendar
Calendar shows all sessions created by the teachers. Admins are also able to join the sessions when they are live and see the attendance data after it has ended.
